Where does NIDOR ship?

NIDOR currently ships to the UK.

Tell me about shipping to the UK.

We offer two shipping speeds:

  1. Standard (3-5 business days): Free (only available with samples)
  2. Tracked Next Day (Next Day): Free (with orders over £40) and £8 with orders under £40

Please note, timescales are after we have dispatched your order. It may take up to 2 business days to dispatch orders.

We ship to Mainland UK, plus the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. We do not ship to BFPO addresses and PO Boxes. At the moment we don't ship to the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe, but our goal is to get NIDOR into the hands of as many people as possible. We’ll be shipping to more regions soon!

How long does it take to ship?

Standard Shipping to our Mainland UK friends will take 3-5 business days (it may take a few extra days to deliver to islands and BFPO addresses). Tracked Next Day will take 1 business day, as long as you place your order by 1:30 pm GMT.

If you purchase a full size bottle, we’ll send a tracking number so you can watch your package’s journey.

Will I be charged VAT & Duties?

Orders will have no duties, and VAT is included in the price of each item.

Do you ship to UK PO Boxes?


Why isn't my postcode accepted?

First, double check that there’s a space between the two sections of your postcode (for example, EC1Y8SY should be entered as EC1Y 8SY). Next, make sure your billing and shipping addresses are located in the same country (see below).

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1:30 pm GMT are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via onlinestore@nidorfinefragrance.com. We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email onlinestore@nidorfinefragrance.com.

Can the delivery country be different from the billing country?

Unfortunately, no. The country in the billing address must be the same as the delivery address in order for us to complete the order.

Are there limitations with shipping fragrance in the UK?

Fragrance is considered a Dangerous Good and per Health & Safety Standards in the United Kingdom.

What skin types are NIDOR products suitable for?

Our products are appropriate for all skin types.

Will my product freeze/expire/etc.?

If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it could result in the product changing colour. This is very normal.

While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended that they be used within 3 years of manufacture or 12 months after opening for best product quality...but we think you’ll love them so much that this won’t even be an issue.

Do you test on animals?

Great question—no, we don’t! 

Can I sell the products on my own site?

Unfortunately, your purchase of NIDOR products is only for your personal use. By purchasing NIDOR products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.


Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your NIDOR product. Any opened product can only be exchanged, if the product hasn't been used you can receive a refund or exchange. Please reach out to onlinestore@nidorfinefragrance.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—NIDOR packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to onlinestore@nidorfinefragrance.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

All return requests must be submitted by you within 30 days of receiving the order (in its entirety from order placement).

How to return any item:

  • Send an email to onlinestore@nidorfinefragrance.com, including your name, address, and Order # (NFF #) and we’ll help you place the return; or

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, excluding delivery. However, we will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid even if the products are now full price at time of return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at onlinestore@nidorfinefragrance.com and we’ll be sure to get you the NIDOR product you ordered!



When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of Debit & Credit cards

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Is your card expired?

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at onlinestore@nidorfinefragrance.com. We’re happy to help!


Order Questions

How can I update my order?

Please email us at onlinestore@nidorfinefragrance.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfilment team processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid NIDOR promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.
